The same game where Rams lost quarterback Sam Bradford, the team also lost their starting cornerback Trumaine Johnson.
Johnson went down on the first play of the Rams third defensive series. Both Johnson and defensive tackle Michael Brockers went down. Brockers was able to get up on his own power, but Johnson had to be carted off the field.
MRI test on Saturday revealed that Johnson suffered a sprained MCL and will be out 4-6 weeks. He is expected to return the week after their bye when the Rams face the Eagles in Philadelphia in Week 5 or against the 49ers at home in week 6.
