Seahawks sign Al Woods to a one-year deal

Defensive tackle Al Woods has found a new home for 2019.

On Friday NFL Network reported that the 32-year-old was signing a one year $2.25 million contract with the Seahawks.

The veteran tackle spent the last two seasons with the Colts after stints with Buccaneers, Steelers and Titans. He also spent one year in Seattle in 2011.

In his nine year NFL career the 6'4, 330 pound lineman amassed 172 tackles and 4.5 sacks. The LSU alum is likely to start opposite fourth year tackle Jarran Reed this season.
