On Friday Ian Rapoport reported that New England was signing Dontrelle Inman to a one-year deal.
The 30-year-old spent last season with the Colts after spending time with the Bears and Chargers.
In his five-year NFL career the 6'3/198 pound receiver amassed 158 receptions for 2,101 yards and 11 touchdowns. His signing comes shortly after the addition of Demaryius Thomas and rookie N'Keal Harry.
