On Friday NFL Network reported that Denver signed wide receiver Nick Williams to a one-year deal.
The 28-year-old was signed as an undrafted rookie by the Redskins in 2013. Since that time he has bounced around the league spending time with the Falcons, Titans and Rams.
In his six year NFL career the journeyman receiver has amassed 30 receptions for 280 yards along with 235 returns yards and two total touchdowns.
The addition of Williams is a safety net since Broncos receivers Emmanuel Sanders DaeSean Hamilton and Juwann Winfree all missed time last season with injuries.
