Roster cut downs bring massive changes around the league

Sunday was the deadline for teams to reach their designated 53-man roster. This means massive cuts and trades happened around the league.

Biggest moves came from the Dolphins who traded offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil and wide receiver Kenny Stills to the Texans and linebacker Kiko Alonso to the Saints.

Texans traded defensive end Jadeveon Clowney to the Seahawks who sent them defensive end Jacob Martin, defensive end Barkevious Mingo and a 2020 third-round pick.

Bills released running back LeSean McCoy who was quickly signed by the Chiefs.Chiefs then traded running back Carlos Hyde to the Texans for for offensive tackle Martinas Rankins. Vikings cut wide receiver Laquon Treadwell and signed wide receiver Josh Doctson. Seahawks released defensive tackle Earl Mitchell. Patriots released QB Brian Hoyer who was quickly signed by the Colts. Bengals claimed running back Samaje Perine. Packers claimed QB DeShone Kizer. Redskins claimed running back Wendell Smallwood.

Su’a Craven was cut by the Broncos.Captain Munnerlyn was cut by the Bills. Torrey Smith was cut by the Panthers. Jerick McKinnon placed on IR by 49ers Orlando Scandrick was cut by the Eagles.  Graham Gano placed on IR by Panthers. Green Bay
