College Watch-Jake Locker

The Washington Huskies are not having a great season this year. They are 3-5 overall and 2-3 in the Pac-10 divisioin. Their last game was a crushing loss to Stanford. To make matters worse they are now without their starting QB Jake Locker who has a broken rib. Despite the injury Locker is still a highly touted NFL prospect.

Jake Locker is 6'3"/226 lbs and has been compared to Steve Young. In his freshman year he was named Pac-10 Freshman of the Year. His sophmore season was a bust but his junior season the Huskies reached #24 in the AP poll. His senior season has been marred with injuries and poor performance which has dropped his stock considerably, but he is still expected to go in at least the 2nd or 3rd round of the 2011 draft.
