On Monday Ian Rapoport reported that the New Orleans Saints were signing the 28-year-old.
Webster spent last season with the Texans where he spent most of the season on injured reserve.
The defensive back previously spent time with the Rams and Broncos. In his six year NFL career the cornerback amassed 122 tackles, one forced fumble, 21 pass deflections and two interceptions.
