Walton got into an argument with a couple after they asked him to move his car which was blocking the entrance to the parking garage at his condo building. An argument ensued and Walton grew upset when a woman in the other car tried to film him with her cellphone. He and the woman were injured when he grabbed for her phone.
Walton posted bond and was released from Miami-Dade County Jail.
