Atlanta Falcons (12-2) vs Detroit Lions (4-10)

Falcons come in off a shutout win against the Giants last week at home. QB Matt Ryan completed 23 of 28 for 270 yds and 3 TDs with TE Tony Gonzalez receiving 1 of those. RB Michael Turner rushed for 1 additional TD. Falcons have a top 5 defense despite key injuries. Lions come in off a loss last week against the Cardinals in Arizona. QB Matthew Stafford threw 0 TDs and 3 INTs. RB Mikel Leshoure rushed for 1 TD. Lions defense has turned into a major disappointment this season. Prediction: Falcons

Minnesota Vikings (8-6) vs Houston Texans (12-2)

Vikings come in off a win last week against the Rams in St. Louis. QB Christian Ponder rushed for 1 TD but RB Adrian Peterson rushed for 212 yds on 24 carries and 1 TD. Vikings have a midpack defense. Texans come in off a win last week against the Colts at home. QB Matt Schaub completed 23 of 31 for 261 yds and 1 TD. WR Andre Johnson had 11 receptions for 151 yds and the lone TD catch. RB Arian Foster did not rush for a TD but had 165 yds on 27 carries. Texans have a top 5 defense. Prediction: Texans

St. Louis Rams (6-7-1) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-8)

Rams come in off a loss last week against theVikings at home. QB Sam Bradford completed 35 of 55 for 377 yds 3 TDs and 1 INT with WR Danny Amendola receiving 1 of those TDs. RB Steven Jackson has only scored 3 TDs all season. The Rams have a poorly ranked defense. Bucs come in off shutout loss against the Saints in New Orleans. QB Josh Freeman threw 0 TDs and 4 INTs. RB Doug Martin was held to just 16 yds. Bucs lower third defense has been a liability. Prediction: Bucs

Washington Redskins (8-6) vs Philadelphia Eagles (4-10)

Redskins come in off a win last week against the Browns in Cleveland. QB Kirk Cousins completed 26 of 37 for 329 yds 2 TDs and 1 INT with WR Leonard Hankerson catching both TDs. RB Alfred Morris rushed for 2 additional TDs. Redskins midranked defense has played well in the last few weeks. Eagles come in off a loss last week against the Bengals at home. Both QB Michael Vick and RB LeSean McCoy will be back this week but with their poorly ranked defense they will struggle to win their last 2 games. Prediction: Redskins

Saints midranked defense has struggled this season. Cowboys come in off a win last week against the Steelers at home. QB Tony Romo completed 30 of 42 for 341 yds and 2 TDs with WR Dez Bryant receiving 1 of those. RB DeMarco Murray rushed for 1 additional TD. Cowboys midranked defense needs to win out to make the playoffs. Prediction: Cowboys

Colts come in off a loss last week against the Texans in Houston. QB Andrew Luck completed 13 of 27 for 186 yds and 2 TDs. RB Vick Ballard rushed for 105 yds on 18 carries. Colts mid pack defense has kept them competitive. Chiefs come in off a loss last week against the Raiders in Oakland. QB Brady Quinn threw 0 TDs and 1 INT. Chiefs have the worst ranked defense in the league. Prediction: Colts


New England Patriots (10-4) vs Jacksonville Jaguars (2-12)

Patriots come in off a loss last week against the 49ers at home. QB Tom Brady completed 36 of 65 for 443 yds 1 TD and 2 INTs. RB Stevan Ridley was held to just 23 yds. Patriots mid range defense has played solid for majority of the season. Jags come in off a loss last week against the Dolphins in Miami. QB Chad Henne did not complete a single TD. Jags have the 2nd worst defense in the league. Prediction: Patriots

Cincinnati Bengals (8-6) vs Pittsburgh Steelers (7-7)

Bengals come in off a win last week against the Eagles in Philadelphia. QB Andy Dalton completed 13 of 27 for 127 yds and 1 TD with WR AJ Green catching the lone TD pass. RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis rushed for 106 yds on 25 carries and 1 additional TD. Bengals mid ranked defense have played well the last few weeks. Steelers come in off a loss last week against the Cowboys in Dallas. QB Ben Roethlisberger completed 24 of 40 for 339 yds 2 TDs and 1 INT with TE Heath Miller receiving 1 of those TDs. Buffalo Bills (5-9) vs Miami Dolphins (6-8)

Tennessee Titans (5-9) vs Green Bay Packers (10-4)

Ravens come in off a loss last week against the Broncos at home. QB Joe Flacco completed 20 of 40 for 254 yds 2 TDs and 1 INT. RB Ray Rice was held under 40 yds rushing. Ravens injury plagued defense is still in the top 10 but has struggled. Prediction: Ravens

WR Michael Crabtree made 7 receptions for 107 yds and 2 TDs and RB Frank Gore recovered a Kaepernick fumble for a TD. 49ers have a top 10 defense. Seahawks come in off a win last week against the Bills in Buffalo. QB Russell Wilson completed 14 of 23 for 205 yds and 1 TD. RB Marshawn Lynch rushed for 113 yds on 10 carries and 1 additional TD.
