Domestic violence charges dropped against Reuben Foster

Washington Redskins linebacker Reuben Foster has once against had charges against him dropped.

Florida States Attorney's office dropped a misdemeanor domestic violence charge against Foster on Thursday.

Charges stemmed from a November 24 incident involving Foster's ex-girlfriend in a Tampa area hotel the night before his then team, the 49ers, played the Buccaneers.

Prosecutors concluded their was insufficient evidence to file charges against Foster.

Foster remains on the Commissioner's Exempt list. The case is still under investigation by the NFL with a potential suspension still looming.
